Returns & Refund Policy

At Oryelle Martenne we want every piece to be exactly as you imagined it. If it isn't, you may return it under the following conditions.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, with no need to give a reason, in accordance with Directive
2011/83/EU.
  
Return cost
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. You may use the courier of your choice; we recommend a tracked service.

How to request a return
Write to us at info@oryellemartenne.eu with your order number. We'll send you the instructions for shipping it back.

Condition of the garment
To be accepted, the garment must be returned unworn, with its original tags and packaging, in perfect condition. Items returned worn, damaged or without tags
may be rejected or partially refunded.
  
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the piece, we'll refund the price of the product plus the original (standard) outbound shipping to your original payment method
within a maximum of 14 days. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
